This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from unnecessarily freezing the savings Bank account of the petitioner in SB A/c No.11450439317 in State Bank of India, C.T.O.Office Branch, Madurai without due process of law. 2.On 13.02.2023, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was ordered to be listed on 15.02.2023, under the caption "for dismissal". Even today (15.02.2023), when the matter is called in the morning, afternoon and evening, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3.In view of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
