JUDGMENT

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed against the order of interim maintenance in I.A.No.2 of 2021 in IDOP.No.4 of 2021 on the file of the learned Additional District Judge, Virudhunagar, dated 20.04.2022.

2.The learned Judge was pleased to order Rs.20,000/- per month from the date of petition as interim maintenance along with Rs.10,000/- towards litigation expenses. It is informed that IDOP.No.4 of 2021 was disposed of on 07.11.2022 with a direction to pay a sum of Rs.40,000/- as maintenance from 07.11.2022. In view of fixing of maintenance amount of Rs.40,000/- from 07.11.2022, the challenge made to the interim maintenance order in I.A.No.2 of 2021 has become infructuous. 3.Therefore, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. The appellant is directed to pay the interim maintenance amount from July 2022 to 06.11.2022 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
