To call for the records and to Set aside the order dt 13.12.2022 made in M.C.No.4/2018 on the file of Family Court Madurai and allow the Revision. M/S.ANTONY ARUL RAJ T, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.DEVARAJ, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to permit the petitioner to withdraw the amount of Rs.4,40,000/- (Rupees Four Lakhs Forty Thousand Only) deposited by the respondent herein before the learned Family Court, Madurai in M.C.No.4 of 2018.

2.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the same is ordered accordingly.

3.The respondent/husband herein is directed to pay the monthly maintenance regularly.

4.List this case in the regular course.
