PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 115 CPC to call for the records pertaining to the impugned execution application in E.A.No.4 of 2022 in E.P.No.119 of 2019 in TF.A.C.P.No.518 of 2015 dated 10.10.2022 on the file of the learned II Additional District Judge, Trichy and to set aside the same and thereby allow the Civil Revision Petition. 1/4

ORDER

This petition has been filed to set aside the impugned execution application in E.A.No.4 of 2022 in E.P.No.119 of 2019 in TF.A.C.P.No.518 of 2015 dated 10.10.2022 on the file of the II Additional District Court, Trichy.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that during the pendency of the petition, the matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Bench, where an amicable settlement was arrived at between the parties. He would further submit that pursuant to the said settlement, the petitioners have paid a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- to the respondent. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. In view of the above, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
