Heard both sides.

2. The prayer in the writ petition is to forbear the respondents 2 & 3 from granting layout approval for the petition mentioned site.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents inform us that the layout approval has already been granted on 18.09.2024. If the petitioner is still aggrieved, it is for him to move the appellate authority. Granting such liberty, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
