This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the second respondent herein to take appropriate action as against the fifth respondent, for misusing his official powers, in the light of petitioner's representation, dated 02.05.2016. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the sixth respondent submitted that there is a dispute between the petitioner and the sixth respondent in respect of the landlord and tenant. In fact, the complaint was lodged by the sixth respondent. The fifth respondent has registered the case in Crime No.402 of 2016 and after completion of investigation, the same was closed on 'mistake of fact'. He further submitted that now the entire dispute has been amicably settled between the petitioner and the sixth respondent herein. Therefore, nothing survives in this petition. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the sixth respondent, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
