ORDER

This writ petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 to 5 give necessary police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that pending writ petition the petitioner expired and the legal representative of the petitioner has not shown any interest in prosecuting the matter further.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner is no more, this Writ Petition is dismissed as abated. No costs.
