This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the rejection order of the respondent dated 03.05.2016 and consequently direct the respondent to grant permission and protection of Adal Padal program in connection with "Sami Kumbidu Periya Thiruvazha" scheduled to be held on 23.05.2016 at Arulmigu Sri Mariamman, Kaliamman, Bagavathiamman Thirukovil at Mathanampatti Village, Achanampatti post, Eriyodu via, Vedasanthur Taluk, Dindigul District. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that the petitioner seeks permission and protection to conduct the Adal Padal program in connection with "Sami Kumbidu Periya Thiruvazha" scheduled to be held on 23.05.2016.
