The present writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the third respondent dated 28.08.2018 wherein a sum of Rs.1,10,970/- has been demanded on the basis of audit objection. 2.According to the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, the respondents have not furnished a copy of the audit objection and not sought for explanation from the writ petitioner.
3.Heard both sides and perused the material records. 4.Considering the fact that the impugned order has been passed without furnishing a copy of the audit objection or calling for explanation from the writ petitioner, the order impugned in the writ petition is set aside and the matter is remitted back to the file of the third respondent. The third respondent shall furnish a copy of the audit objection and after considering the explanation offered by the writ petitioner, the third respondent shall pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.

5.With the above said observations, the writ petition stands allowed to the extent as stated above. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
