The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the fourth respondent, his men and agents from constructing a male toilet on the bank/bund of Meenakshi Amman Tank, situated at B.Ammapatti Village in Bodinayakanur Taluk, Theni District.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that respondents herein put up the toilet on the bank/bund of Meenakshi Amman Tank.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the toilet has not been constructed on 2/4

the bank/bund of Meenakshi Amman Tank and the same has been constructed in the road side. To that effect, he has also produced some photographs.
