This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus, directing the first respondent to extend the time for cutting and removal of the Karuvelan trees grown at Periakanmoi and Chinna Kanmoi of Keela Thaniyam Village, Ponnamaravathi Taluk, Pudukkottai District considering the petitioner's representation dated 20.05.2016. 2.Today(20.02.2023), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
