PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned recovery order passed by the 2nd respondent vide Na.Ka.No.E4/001604/2022 dated 05.04.2024, quash the same and direct the 2nd respondent to refund the amount already recovered from the petitioner in consequence of the impugned order.

ORDER

The instant writ petition has been filed by a Junior Assistant working in the Tamil Nadu Civil Supplies Corporation, challenging an order of recovery dated 05.04.2024.

2.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Tamil Nadu Civil Supplies Corporation, on instructions, submitted that they are going to recall the order. The respondents corporation is directed to refund the already recovered amount.
