This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to conduct fresh and fair enquiry by giving sufficient opportunity to the petitioner, vide representation, dated 04.05.2016.

2.At the time of admission, this Court granted an interim injunction, vide order, dated 19.05.2016. When the Writ Petition was taken up for hearing today, ie., 10.02.2022, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner died on 12.06.2016 and therefore, the Writ Petition is abated. The learned Special Government Pleader submitted that all terminal benefits were disbursed. But she is not able to confirm through which proceedings.

3.Therefore, this Court directs the respondents to settle all the terminal benefits to the family of the deceased, if not disbursed.
