ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the impugned proceedings of the 3rd respondent has been complied with by the Society and permanent status has been given to the 4th respondent. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous. 2.The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition in the capacity of President of Q-976 Thilapuram Primary Agricultural Co-operative Credit Society, challenging the proceedings of the 3rd respondent. Though he died, other persons can be impleaded. However, considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, since the impugned order has been complied with by the Society, the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
