ORDER
The instant writ petition has been filed by a party in person seeking a mandamus as against the first respondent to consider his representation dated 09.04.2024 and for a direction as against the second respondent to consider his representation dated 16.08.2024. 2.Perusal of the representation dated 09.04.2024 addressed to the first respondent reveals that the petitioner has lodged a complaint as against Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation, Madurai Region alleging that his EPF amount has not been released and he has sought for action as against the second respondent.
2.Perusal of the representation given to the second respondent dated 16.08.2024 reveals that he has sought for releasing his EPF amount and 2/5
other benefits and he has also complained about the delay in releasing the above said amounts.
3.Perusal of the representations given to the first and second respondents reveal that the petitioner has made similar complaint to both the parties, It could be seen from the representations that the petitioner is aggrieved over the non-disbursement of his EPF amount. The competent authority would be the second respondent to dispose of the representation made by the petitioner.
4.In such circumstances, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 16.08.2024 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
