Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.J.SULTHAN BASHA, Advocate for M/S.AJMAL ASSOCIATES for the petitioner and of Mr.J.ANANDKUMAR, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The learned counsel appearing on either side made a request to refer the matter to mediation for settlement.

2. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this matter is referred to the Mediation and Conciliation centre attached to this Bench, for mediation. Hence, both parties are directed to appear before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Bench.

3. Post the matter after three weeks.
