ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused rank not known, apprehending arrest at the hands of 1/3
the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 341, 506(ii) IPC, in Crime No.Not Known of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent Police submitted that one Moorthy has given a complaint against the petitioners, based on which, CSR No.284 of 2023 has been registered. During the course of enquiry, it was compromised between the parties at the village level in the presence of elders. On the basis of the above said compromise, the above said CSR was closed.
3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), nothing survives for further consideration. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as unncessary.
