ORDER

The instant writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus to direct the first respondent to disburse the death and other consequential service benefits to the petitioner on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 31.07.2023.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to the said effect.
