This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.07.2015.

2.When this writ petition was listed before this Court on 20.02.2020, a representation was made on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner died in the year 2018 itself and requested to file substitution petition. But, so far no such petition has been filed. 3.Though the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner was aware of the fact that the petitioner died in the year 2018 itself, no action has been taken to file the substitution petition so far. 2/4

4.In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as abated. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner's legal heirs to work out their remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. 08.02.2023 Index : Yes / No.
