O R D E R

This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take necessary action as against the respondents 3 to 5 strictly in accordance with the direction of the Apex Court in Lalitha Kumar Vs. Government of U.P., and others, on the basis of the petitioner's representation. Dated 24.09.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, CSR.No.1509 of 2024 came to be registered and after enquiry, the same was ordered to be closed.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Writ Petition is disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to file a petition under Section 156(3) or 200 of Cr.P.C, if so advised. No costs.
