Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the fifth respondent in his proceedings in No.Nil dated 11.04.2019 and quash the same, and direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service with all the consequential benefits. 1/3

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order of termination dated 11.04.2019.

2. The writ petitioner has instructed the counsel to withdraw the Writ Petition through the letter dated 15.03.2022. Based on that letter, learned counsel for the petitioner circulated a letter seeking permission to withdraw the Writ Petition. Therefore, the Writ Petitioner is allowed to withdraw.

3. This Court is directing the fifth respondent to issue all the certificates to the writ petitioner with an immediate effect.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
