The petitioner's prayer for a mandamus directing respondents 2 and 3 to appoint him as an Auto Electrician in light of an order passed in W.P.(MD) No. 12541 of 2012 dated 11.10.2012 is liable to be rejected for the reason that the aforesaid order has been reversed by the decision of a Division Bench in W.A.(MD) Nos. 819 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD) No.20042 of 2018 2019 and Batch dated 16.10.2020 at the instance of the State Transport Corporation, Nellai.

2. Recording the same, this writ petition is dismissed.
