2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent police.

3.Considering the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and time is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
