Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SIVABALAN K, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.18875 of 2022 dated 20.10.2022.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. side) appearing for the respondent police.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Virudhunagar Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
