Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 3rd respondent dated 30.04.2016 which was served on the petitioner on 18.05.2016 and quash the same as illegal and unconstitutional, consequently direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to work as Packer in the 3rd respondent society up to the age of 60 years i.e., 30.04.2018 with all benefits. 1/4
