ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents 3 to 5 to consider the proposal for approval of the appointment of the petitioner in sixth respondent School dated 01.04.2019 and disburse all other service and monetary benefits to the petitioner from the
date of appointment i.e., 01.04.2019.
2.Mr.M.Karuppasamy, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 5. Notice to the sixth respondent is dispensed with, since no adverse order is going to be passed against the sixth respondent. By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
3.The petitioner was appointed as B.T. Assistant in a sanctioned post in the sixth respondent School on 01.04.2019. Thereafter, the sixth respondent School sent an appointment proposal along with relevant documents to the fourth respondent through the fifth respondent. Since no order is passed thereon, the petitioner has come out with the present Writ Petition.
4.Considering the limited relief sought for, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the fourth respondent to consider the appointment proposal submitted by the sixth respondent through the fifth respondent on 01.04.2019, on merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
