The Civil Revision Petition is directed against the order passed in I.A.No.101 of 2018 in O.S.No.22 of 2005, dated 02.07.2018 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Tiruchendur.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 07.03.2024, since notice sent to the petitioner was returned with an endorsement that 'living at Hosur' and the learned counsel for the petitioner reported no instructions, this Court directed the Registry to print the name of the revision petitioner and posted the matter on 19.03.2024 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, (i.e.,19.03.2024), there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs. 19.03.2024 das To 1.The Principal District Munsif, Tiruchendur. 2.The Section Officer, VR Section, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai.
