Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The writ petitioner is a School Management. It appointed one Mrs.T.Sumimole mole as B.T.Assistant (Social Science) in their School with effect from 14.11.2017. Proposal was submitted to the second respondent for approval of the said appointment. Till date no order has been passed. The second respondent is directed to pass order on the said proposal dated 28.01.2022 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the second respondent to pass order one way or the other. This writ petition is disposed of.
