Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, the learned Additional Advocate General assisted by the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned standing counsel for the third respondent. 2.I need not go into the merits of the controversy. The petitioner through his counsel gives an undertaking that he may be allowed to continue to work in the present place till the end of April, 2023. He undertakes to report for duty to the transferred place or any other place which the competent authority may indicate on 02.05.2023.

3.Directing the petitioner to strictly abide by the undertaking now given before this Court, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
