This Criminal Original Petition is filed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the 2nd respondent vide order dated 08.06.2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD No.10001 of 2023.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that on completion of investigation, charge sheet has been laid in this case before the court below. However, he would submit that the petitioner/wife is entitled to depose before the criminal court, where the case is pending and there is no life threat to her.

3. Considering the said submission, cancelling the anticipatory bail granted to the respondent No.2/accused does not arise.
