This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No. 442 of 2016 on the file of the 1st respondent police as against the petitioners for the offences under Sections 420 & 506 (i) of IPC.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that according to the FIR no allegations as against the petitioners herein.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police and perused the materials available on record.
