ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A3, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police 1/3

for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(B) & 25 of Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, in Crime No.441 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and the other accused were found in illegal possession of 1.200 grams of Ganja. Hence, the complaint. 3.Heard both sides.

4.
