PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the 2nd respondent police not to interfere in the civil dispute and further not to harass the petitioner in anyway under the guise of enquiry.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent police not to interfere in the civil dispute and further not to harass the petitioner in anyway under the guise of enquiry. 2.It is an issue between the landlord and tenant over the tenancy issue. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent enquiry is undertaken. During the course of enquiry both sides appeared. The petitioner also gave statement over the above said tenancy issue. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that after the filing of the said complaint, this petitioner filed O.S.No.243 of 2023 on 03.11.2023 before the District Munsif Court, Thirumangalam, for not to evict the petitioner otherwise under due process of law. 3.In view of the above said development, let the complaint given by the third respondent be closed by advising the parties to workout their remedy in the pending suit itself.
