O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for direction to the 2nd respondent herein to initiate appropriate action under the relevant provision of law, on the basis of the complaint, dated 26/12/2022 received by the 1st respondent herein within the stipulated time as fixed by this court.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, he was called for by the 2nd respondent for enquiry and now, it is pending with the 2nd respondent. 3.Let the complaint given by the petitioner be enquired and dispose of the same within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be a direction to the petitioner to cooperate with the 2nd respondent to complete the enquiry process. 4.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
