Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

2. The petitioner has given a complaint before the first respondent demanding that disciplinary action should be taken against the fourth respondent. I have consistently taken the view that it is left to the discretion of the disciplinary authority concerned whether to take action against a subordinate official. This Court cannot issue any positive direction. Now that the complaint is before the first respondent, it is entirely for the first respondent to take a call in the matter.
