Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the impugned order Na.Ka.No.609/A5/2016 dated 19.05.2016 issued by the third respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct him to redeploy the two surrendered surplus teachers to the needy Schools without any further delay.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to quash the order dated 19.05.2016 with a consequential relief to redeploy the two surrendered surplus teachers to the needy Schools.

2. Pending Writ Petition, the respondents have passed an order dated 08.12.2016 accepting the contention of the petitioner School and redeployed the said two surrendered surplus teachers. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication.
