O R D E R Alleging disobedience of the order of this Court dated 28.06.2023, the petitioner has filed the present petition. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court by order dated 28.06.2023 directed the petitioner to appear before the second respondent police and produce the documents, which are available with him and also directed the respondent police to complete the process of enquiry within a period of 15 days from the date of appearance of the parties. Alleging that the enquiry is not yet completed, the present petition complaint had been filed. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent submits that the order of this Court dated 28.06.2023 has been complied and the complaint of the petitioner has been closed as a 'false complaint'. But, the closure report has not been sent to the petitioner. 4.In view of the above submission, this Contempt Petition is disposed of. Let the closure report be issued to the petitioner. On 2/4

receiving the closure report, the petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedy through appropriate proceedings.
