O R D E R
This Writ Petition is filed seeking a Mandamus as against the respondents 1 to 3 to take action against the private respondent No.7 for ex-communicating the petitioner and his family members from the Village, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 11.10.2022.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner, in the year 2015, married one Ajitha, who belongs to Krishnavagai Samuthayam Marumakkal Vali Privu. Hence, the 7th respondent passed an oral ex-communication order, by excommunicating the petitioner's family from the Village and he was not permitted the petitioner and his family members to use the common 2/4
Village pool. Hence, the petitioner made a representation on 11.10.2022, seeking to take action against the private respondent No.7 for excommunicating the petitioner and his family members from the Village. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, the petitioner has approached this Court.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 11.10.2022 would be considered.
4. In view of the above, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directs the respondents 1 to 3 to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 11.10.2022, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four
(4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
