Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents from altering the alignment of existing electric line situated on the southern side of the petitioners' plot no.4 in S.Nos.285/2A & 285/2B of Kaattuparamakudi Village, Paramakudi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District. have not taken any steps to realign the electric lines and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in these writ petitions. 3.Learned Standing Counsel for the third respondent / TANGEDCO submitted that they do not have any proposal, as on date, to realign the electric lines, in the subject properties.
