After some arguments, Mr.K.K.Samy, learned Counsel on record for writ petitioner sought permission to withdraw instant writ petition, but made a plea that the rights of writ petitioner may please be preserved for filing a writ petition assailing the order dated 01.11.2019 captioned 'Refusal Check Slip' passed by the second respondent.
