PRAYER :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the 3rd respondent from entertaining any type of application made by the 4th respondent seeking registration of any type of document with respect to the land property measuring about 1 Acre 83 cents in the Northern side of Survey Number 92/2, Andarkottaram Village, East Taluk, Madurai District based on the representation made by the petitioner, dated 11.09.2023 and on 14.09.2023.

ORDER

The writ petition has been filed for a mandamus forbearing the 3rd respondent from entertaining any type of application made by the 4th respondent seeking registration of any type of document with respect to the land property measuring about 1 Acre 83 cents in the Northern side of Survey Number 92/2, Andarkottaram Village, East Taluk, Madurai District based on the representations made by the petitioner, dated 11.09.2023 and on 14.09.2023.

2. The 4th respondent is the father of the petitioner. The writ petition has been filed by the sons represented by their mother restraining the 4th respondent from selling the property and to direct the authorities not to register the document by claiming that the property is the ancestral property.

3. As the relief sought for cannot be entertained in a writ petition, it is for the petitioners to work out their remedy in the manner known to law. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
