2. Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no objection to the appointments of respondents 4 and 5. However, he submits that the question relating to the right of the third respondent to make such appointments may be left open for adjudication in an appropriate case.
3. By acceding to the said request, W.P. (MD) No.9622 of 2016 is disposed of by taking note of the submission that the petitioner has no objection to the appointments of respondents 4 and 5.
