JUDGMENT

[Judgment of this Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] Heard Mr.A.Muthukaruppan, learned Additional Government Pleader for the appellant.

2. This appeal has been filed by the Special Tahsildar (Adi Dravida Welfare) (LA), Virudhunagar challenging the interim order passed in C.M.P.No.17497 of 1993 in A.S.No.1079 of 1993.

3. The said appeal was filed by the appellant challenging the award passed by the Sub Court, Srivilliputhur in L.A.O.P.Nos.37 and 44 of 1990. The Court while making the stay absolute, permitted the respondents to withdraw half of the award amount without furnishing security and remaining amount to be retained in a fixed deposit for the time being.
