To extend the time in Crl.O.P(MD).No.12270 of 223 dated 21.08.2023 for surrender before the Learned (*) Additional Mahila Court, Theni. Order : These Criminal Miscellaneous petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.NEETHIMOHAN.K, Advocate for the petitioners in both Petitions and of Mr.S.MANIKANDAN, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the 1st Respondent in both Petitions, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD) No.12270 of 2023 dated 21.08.2023, in which, this Court has directed the petitioner to execute separate sureties to the petitioners. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioners are family members and they are unable to execute separate sureties and they are unable to comply the said condition prescribed by this Court. 3.Considering the avocation of the petitioners, the petitioners are hereby directed to execute two common sureties and a further period of 15 days is granted to execute the sureties before the concerned Court.
