ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH,J.) The present application is filed to grant leave to the petitioner for filing the Writ Appeal against the order passed in W.P.(MD).No.1425 of 2024 dated 11.06.2024.

2. Merely because the petitioner herein had participated in the selection process, it would not give him a right to challenge the order passed by the writ Court. We have also taken into consideration that if this leave is granted, it might open gates to all the participants in the selection process.

3. Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in accordance with law. Consequently, W.A.(MD).SR.No.72512 of 2024 stands rejected.
