This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime Nos.56 of 2016, 61 of 2016 and 132 of 2018 from the second respondent to some other competent investigation officer.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that the investigation has been completed in all three cases and that in Crime Nos.56 and 61 of 2016, final reports have not been taken on file and in Crime No.132 of 2018, final report taken on file in C.C.No.442 of 2018 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi and the case has been posted on 19.12.2019 for the appearance of the parties. 3.Recording the above said submission of the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
