This petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking for a direction to the respondent Police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of 1/4

a complaint given by the third respondent, who is none other than the wife of the petitioner.

2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that on account of disputes between the petitioner and the third respondent, petitions have been filed in various Courts and divorce was granted by the Court and the third respondent has married again.

3. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that on a complaint filed by the third respondent, a case has been registered and it has been numbered as C.S.R.No.382 of 2023 and after completion of the enquiry, the said petition was closed and at present, there is no complaint pending against the petitioner. The same is recorded.

4. Recording the above said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
