PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.1157 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent Police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused No.1 herein, who was arrested on 14.12.2021 for the alleged offence under Sections 294(B), 324, 307 and 506 (ii)IPC, in Crime No.1157 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that there is a dispute between accused persons and the defacto complainant regarding parking of auto. Due to which, the petitioner along with other accused persons attacked the defacto complainant with long sword and caused injuries. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that there is two previous cases pending against the petitioner. One case is similar in nature and the other is for the offence punishable under Section 399 IPC.
5.The petitioner is in judicial custody only for 15 days only. Considering the facts and circumstances and the period of incarceration, this Court is not inclined to grant bail.
