ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to quash the order dated 17.12.2014 and consequently direct the respondents to promote the petitioner as Instructor in the light of the G.O.Ms.No.20 Higher Education (C1) Department dated 01.02.2016 and in the light of the common order dated 22.04.2016 in W.P(MD) No.9860 of 2007 and batch.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that similar issue is decided by the Hon'ble Division Bench by declining the prayer of the petitioner in W.A.(MD).No.2820 of 2018 batch vide order dated 13.07.2022.

3. Following the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
