PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.773 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused No.1 herein, who was arrested on 11.12.2021 for the alleged offence under Sections 379 of IPC r/w. Section 21(1), 21(2) Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation), in Crime No.773 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner said to have illegally transported of sand through the lorry. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

CRL OP(MD). No.20975 of 2021 5.Considering the facts and circumstances and since the petitioner is having five previous cases, which are similar in nature, this Court is not inclined to grant bail. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
